  1. Yvonne says:

What does self care mean to me? Not forgetting to take care of myself and treat myself to something special occasionally.

  2. Diana says:

Self-care – it means not putting myself last every time and putting others ahead of me. It means it is okay to insist that I can take the time to get myself ready before helping to get everyone else ready. It means it is okay to say no and do something I want to do one in a while.

  3. Dawn says:

I need all the renewal I can get!! With 3 boys under 5, there’s not much time left for me. Renewal for me is taking care of me so that I can have more energy for my family.

  4. Debi says:

Self care means letting go of the guilt felt from sometimes taking time to enjoy things all by myself, knowing it doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy all the special moments with my family!!! It is good to be reminded of the importance of self care as often as possible so that we women and mothers actually actually DO set aside the time once out of every hundred times we hear it : )

  5. Sarah says:

A little pampering now and again, a pedicure, massage, or facial, is my self care.
